Project Description: The Frame is an engineering feat that links two towers by an observation deck to form a huge picture frame building. The observation deck offers uninterrupted views of Old Dubai to the South and New Dubai to the North. There will be a museum on the ground floor that will showcase Dubai’s transformation from fishing village to metropolis.
